If you are between sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size as it is easier to increase grip thickness with an overgrip.
What is your return policy for footwear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all footwear, provided the shoes are in brand-new, unworn condition with the original packaging. We recommend trying your shoes on indoors on a carpeted surface to ensure the fit is perfect before heading to the court or track.
Do you offer professional racket restringing services?
Yes, we offer professional in-house restringing for tennis, squash, and badminton rackets. You can select your preferred string and tension when purchasing a new frame, or visit our physical storefront to have your current racket serviced.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear before a scheduled match.
Are the products on your site authentic?
